If you search for myDNA on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you may notice there are multiple apps with names that include myDNA. Only two of these apps are developed, owned, and managed by myDNA: myDNA Unlocked and myDNA Lite.

The myDNA Unlocked app is our most complete wellness experience and offers everything you need to start achieving your goals, all in one place. You can download the app on the App Store or Google Play store.
The myDNA Lite app is our legacy platform for customers who purchased a Nutrition & Fitness Kit (pre-November 2020). This app provided access to meal and fitness plan for Nutrition & Fitness customers. As of February 2021, all content is now hosted on the online explore portal. If you are looking to access your insights or report, please login to the online explore portal here.
Please note that this app is end-of-life and is no longer supported by our development team. The app will still be usable for anyone who has it saved to their device, but new users will no longer be able to download this app. You will still be able access all your results and plans online on the explore portal. For the best and most complete experience, we recommend a myDNA Membership.
If you have bought a Vitamins, Medications (Multiple or Single Category), or Skin Anti-aging test kit, you cannot access your results via either of the myDNA apps. To view your results, please login to the online explore portal on your phone, laptop, PC or tablet.
