How do I log in?

Personalised Wellness Members

If you're a Personalised Wellness Member you can download myDNA Unlocked from the Apple App Store or Google Play to access your juicy DNA insights and Meal & Workout plans.

You can login using the email address you verified during registration.

If you're a new subscriber

You can manage your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in your device settings.

If you've subscribed prior to November 2021

You can manage your subscription or unsubscribe, you can do so by using your login details here: https://accounts.mydna.life/ 

Explore Portal Users

If you have one of our standalone DNA test products (such as Medications or Skin Aging), you can login to your Explore Portal to access all of your insights and recommendations: https://explore.mydna.life/ 

In this case your username will be a unique handle that you set during registration. It won't be your email address.

Forgotten your username or password?

1. If you've forgotten your username or password, kindly select the 'I forgot my login details' and follow the prompts to reset your password
2. You will be asked to enter the email address you registered with
3. Make sure your new password consists of:
   - Minimum of 8 characters
   - Maximum of 15 characters
   - Minimum of 1 capital letter
   - minimum of 1 number
   - Minimum of 1 special character (!@#$%^&*()_+{}:";'<>?,./[]-=)
4. Once you've set a new password, kindly use your username (from the email) and your new password to login.
5. Should the same error persist, please try closing and reopening your app or opening your portal in a different browser.
