A step-by-step guide on how to cancel subscriptions for Android & iOS subscribers.
For Android subscribers
1. Navigate to the ME section in the myDNA Unlocked app, then tap on the cog in the top right hand corner to go to Settings.
2. In Settings, tap on 'Manage on Google Play Store'. This will take you directly to your Subscriptions in the Google Play Store app.
3. In 'Subscriptions', tap on the myDNA Unlocked app icon to manage your subscription.
4. Tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. In 'Manage subscription' it will say 'Cancelled'.
5. You can return to your Settings in the myDNA Unlocked app to see the status of your premium subscription updated to 'Pending'.

For iOS subscribers
1. Navigate to the ME section in the myDNA Unlocked app, then tap on the cog in the top right hand corner to go to Settings.
2. In Settings, tap on 'Manage on iTunes'. This will take you directly to your Subscriptions in your iOS device Settings.
3. In 'Edit Subscription', tap 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
4. You can return to your Settings in the myDNA Unlocked app to see the status of your premium subscription updated to 'Pending'.

If you've subscribed prior to November 2021
You can manage your subscription via the subscription management portal which can be found here: https://accounts.mydna.life/ or by following the Login button at the top of our website.
1. Login to your subscription management portal: https://accounts.mydna.life/
2. Select "Cancel Plan"
3. If you really do want to cancel, then select "Cancel plan" again
4. Your account will then be placed in a pending status until the start of your next payment period, at which point your subscription will be cancelled.
5. You can continue to login to the myDNA Unlocked app, even after your pending period has ended, to access your DNA insights.
