We always aim to send out your DNA testing kit as soon as is possible so you can get your insights and results quickly. Our warehouse team will dispatch your package within 24 – 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays).
When you place an order, you should receive an email from your payment method provider (Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.) confirming your order and payment amount.
How long should shipping take?
Once your parcel has been mailed, the time to arrival may vary, depending on the delivery speed of the postage system. For metropolitan and local Australian addresses, it should arrive between 2 – 7 days. For other Australian addresses, it may take up to 12 days. If you live outside Australia, your delivery may take slightly longer.
In Australia, we use Australia Post to ship out orders. The order will be delivered to the address you nominated during the checkout process. If nobody will be at home during business hours, we recommend you provide a work address, PO Box, or locker bag for delivery, as Australia post may leave parcels unattended (regardless of order notes).
If your sample is taking longer than specified to arrive, please contact our customer support staff, and they will chase up your sample with our shipping providers.

I think my sample might have been lost
If your tracking is no longer being updated, and it has been greater than 3 weeks since your purchase, please submit a ticket with our customer support team so that we can chase up the status of your parcel and organise a replacement if necessary.
