Once you've collected your DNA sample (by swabbing for cheek cells) you need to activate it by verifying your unique barcode.
- If you've already registered for the monthly subscription then you should activate your sample inside the myDNA Unlocked app. There should be a post at the top of your home feed asking for your unique barcode - please contact us if you need assistance.
- If you've received a collection kit for the monthly subscription (from a pharmacy or as a myDNA Partner) then you can activate your sample during registration. Simply select 'Yes' when asked if you have a DNA collection kit and verify your unique barcode.
