Can I choose not to remain a premium member on my free trial period?
Yes, this will happen automatically. You will lose access to your personalised meal and workout plans the day after your free trial period ends. We’ll email and notify you in the myDNA Unlocked app before your free trial period ends so you can choose to Go Premium.
All you need to do to keep your Premium membership is update your status in the Settings section of your myDNA Unlocked app. Select the cog symbol in the top-right corner of the screen, then tap “Go Premium” and follow the prompts to set up your monthly payment.
