To try and reduce the amount of time required to provide you with your DNA results, we currently run 2 laboratories worldwide. Both labs are owned by myDNA and have the lastest, most advanced sequencing technology for analysing your DNA.
Our Australian lab is based in Melbourne. It is owned and operated by myDNA under the sub-brand of Genseq Labs. Samples collected in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom will be sent to this lab for analysis.
We also operate a laboratory in Houston, Texas under the sub-brand of Gene by Gene. Samples collected in North America (USA & Canada) will be sent to and analysed at this laboratory.
