The process is very simple, once you have swabbed your cheek and your DNA sample has been collected, you will need to activate your sample (which connects it to your myDNA account) before sending it back to our lab.
From here it takes 10-15 business days to analyse your sample, generate your insights and formulate your plans which are sent securely to your myDNA account.
If you've registered for our monthly wellness platform then you will be required to subscribe to a monthly fee which provides you with all of your insights, plans and personalised content in one easy-to-use app. Along with access to newly released genetic insights.
If you've purchased one of our Personalised Medications tests then your results will first be provided to your nominated healthcare professional, before being released into your myDNA account.
