We hope that the articles on this help centre can assist you with your query, but in case you have a request that’s not answered, we do have friendly customer service staff available to assist you with information regarding our products and services.

Our preferred method of contact is by submitting a ticket, or by clicking “submit a request” at the bottom of any article in the help centre.

This allows us to easily keep track of your request details and any other relevant information. We will reply to requests via email, so be sure to enter an email account you can access.

To assist our customer service team in resolving your query as soon as possible, please include as much detail as possible in your request, including:

• Your full name,
• account email, and
• product you purchased if you’re an existing customer.

Customer Service Hours

Our customer service team is online between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Our team is available to reply to requests during these hours only. We endeavour to answer all requests within 3 business days.
