If you've subscribed on iOS or via iTunes
On iOS

Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to resubscribe to (myDNA Unlocked - Premium).
- Follow the instructions.
On iTunes

Open the App Store app on your computer.
- Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to "Manage" and click Manage.
- Click Edit next to the subscription you want to resubscribe to (myDNA Unlocked - Premium).
- Choose your subscription and follow the instructions.
If you've subscribed on Android or via Google Play
On Android
- Open the Google Play app .
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to resubscribe to (myDNA Unlocked - Premium).
- Tap Resubscribe.
- Follow the instructions.
On Google Play
- On your computer, go to play.google.com.
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left, click My subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to resubscribe to (myDNA Unlocked - Premium).
- Click Resubscribe.
If you've subscribed prior to November 2021
If you've cancelled your subscription you'll retain access to your premium features until the start of your next payment period - at this point your subscription status is pending.
If you've changed your mind and would like to re-subscribe, before this period is up, you can do so easily by selecting the "Renew Plan" option.
- Login to your subscription management portal: https://accounts.mydna.life/
- Select "Renew plan"
- Login to your myDNA Unlocked app and continue enjoying your DNA-Powered plans, regular new DNA insights and all your other premium features.
If your pending status has expired, and you would like to re-subscribe, please submit a request to Resubscribe.
