If your goals have changed or you’ve decided you’d rather try out a different style of training, it’s easy to change your workout plan in the myDNA Unlocked app. Switch between home and workouts, search for new exercises, or change your plan type using this quick and easy guide.

Changing between home and gym workouts
In the myDNA Unlocked app, you can easily toggle back and forth between home and gym workouts on any given day – without having to change or restart your plan! Each workout has both a corresponding home workout and gym workout.
To select which workout you want to do, simply navigate in the myDNA Unlocked app to Plans > Workouts and tap on today’s workout. At the top of the screen, simply tap whether you’d like the home workout or gym workout options to switch between them.
Changing an individual exercise/workout in your plan
At the moment, there is no way to swap out an individual exercise or workout from your plan. However, you can always search for exercises in the Explore section of the myDNA Unlocked app. Simply navigate to Explore > Exercises and use the search bar to look for exercises. By using the Workout Type filter, you can choose between home and gym exercises in your search results.
Changing or regenerating your entire fitness plan
We offer 3 different types of fitness plan in the myDNA Unlocked app. The categories are “Strong”, “Cardio Fit”, and “Tight & Toned”. Each of the plans are DNA-powered and designed to help you achieve your goals, however each plan type will feature a different combination and balance of exercises.
To switch or regenerate your plan, navigate to Plans > Workouts in the myDNA Unlocked app. At the top of the screen, there will be a dropdown menu listing your current plan type. Open this dropdown and select “CHANGE PLAN”.
A popup should appear asking if you want to change or reset your plan. If you want to regenerate your plan and start again from day 1, tap “RESET FROM TODAY” in the popup. If you’d rather change your training style, tap “CHANGE PLAN”, then select the correct plan type from the list available.
