For first time subscribers / anyone looking to re-subscribe (iOS & Android)
- Go to your device app store
- Update and open the myDNA Unlocked app
- Go to the Settings section of your app
- Select the cog in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select “Go Premium”
- Follow your app store prompts to set up monthly payments
For existing Apple Pay Subscribers (iOS)
- Open the myDNA Unlocked app
- Go to the Settings section of your app
- Select the cog in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select “Manage on iTunes”
- Follow your app store prompts to manage your premium membership
For existing Google Pay Subscribers (Android)
- Open the myDNA Unlocked app
- Go to the Settings section of your app
- Select the cog in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select “Manage on Google Play Store”
- Follow your app store prompts to manage your premium membership
If you've subscribed prior to November 2021 you can manage your subscription via the subscription management portal which can be found here: https://accounts.mydna.life/ or by following the Login button at the top of our website.
