If you're an iOS subscriber
You can manage everything to do with your payments via your iOS device settings, or via iTunes.
Manage the payment method from your iOS device settings
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Payment & Shipping. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- From here, you can do these things: Add a payment method – tap Add Payment Method.
How to change your iTunes payment method
- Open the App Store on your Mac.
- Click your name or the sign in button at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click View Information.
- Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments. (If you're using an older version of macOS, click Edit next to Payment Type.) You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- From here, you can do these things: Update, remove, or add payment methods.
How to view your payments history and tax invoices
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- A list of your recent payments will appear.
- Scroll to the myDNA Unlocked app, tap the dropdown and then tap view invoices.
If you're an Android subscriber
You can manage everything to do with your payments via your Android device settings, or via Google Play.
Manage the payment method from your Android device settings
- On your Android device, open Settings .
- Tap Google Services & preferences Settings for Google apps. Google Pay.
- Tap the payment method you want to remove or edit.
- Tap More. Remove or Edit payment method.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
How to change your Google Play payment method
- On your computer, go to your Google Play account.
- Click Edit payment methods. You will go to your pay.google.com account.
- On the left, click Payment methods.
- Under the payment method you want to edit, click Edit.
- Make your updates and click Update.
How to view your payments history and tax invoices
- Go to pay.google.com
- Find Other purchase activity.
- Select View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
If you've subscribed prior to November 2021
You can manage everything to do with your payments by accessing your subscription management portal which can be found here: https://accounts.mydna.life/ or by following the Login button at the top of our website.
Update payment details
- Login to your subscription management portal: https://accounts.mydna.life/
- Select "+Add payment method"
- Input your card details and select whether you want this to be your default payment method
- Hit the "Add" button to add your new payment method
- Once viewing your new payment methods, use the "X" button to the right to remove any that are no longer in use
Important: Secondary payment options are not automatically used when the default payment option fails. Please ensure you always have a valid card as your default payment method.
Download tax invoices
- Login to your subscription management portal: https://accounts.mydna.life/
- Scroll to your billing history and select the invoice you want to download
- Choose if you want to download a tax invoice or just a receipt
