Simply follow the instructions on the booklet provided, and return your cheek swaps to us, using the provided replied paid envelope. We will then test your sample and provide you with your DNA insights and meal plan. While you are waiting for your results, you can access education general information and exercises found in the myDNA Pregnancy app. The insights and plans are yours to keep and you can use the app again for future pregnancies.
